Shipping policy

All Root to Peak products are made to order through our production partner Printify. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment.

SHIPPING TIMES
United States: 3–7 business days after processing
International: 10–20 business days after processing
Total estimated delivery: 5–12 business days (US)

SHIPPING CARRIERS
Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on your location and order size.

FREE SHIPPING
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $35.

TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Root to Peak is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery. If a package is confirmed lost in transit before delivery, contact us and we will work with Printify to resolve the issue.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country upon delivery.

ADDRESS ERRORS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Contact us immediately at sales@root-to-peak.com if you need to correct an address before shipment.
