Refund policy

At Root to Peak, we want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we are here to help.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it with original packaging.

Include your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days.

REFUNDS
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed item, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

To qualify: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email sales@root-to-peak.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will respond within 2 business days and issue a replacement or refund within 10 business days of claim approval.

PRINT ON DEMAND — IMPORTANT
All Root to Peak products are made to order by our production partner Printify. Because each item is custom printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for: ordering the wrong size, change of mind, buyer's remorse, or not reading the product description.

Please refer to the size chart on every product page before ordering. If you are between sizes we recommend sizing up.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order if eligible and place a new order.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
All sales of digital download products are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded. No refunds will be issued for digital products.

SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, in which case Root to Peak covers all return shipping.

COLOR DISCLAIMER
Colors may vary slightly from product images due to individual monitor settings, screen calibration, and the printing process. Minor color variation is not considered a defect.

SIZE DISCLAIMER
Please use the size chart provided on each product page before ordering. When in doubt, size up.

DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
By completing your purchase you agree to contact Root to Peak at sales@root-to-peak.com and allow us 5 business days to resolve your concern before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
